Lisa Mancke, Partner & CEO

My background is technical. I've worked for corporate IT, fin-tech, not-for-profit, ed-tech, agency, pharmaceutical, and IPO-bound start-ups, in many technical capacities – programmer, application architect, technical architect, business analyst, senior project manager, IT director, VP-level strategic product consultant, etc. Earlier in my career I simply wanted to work on the coolest, newest tech around. Later, I realized that I always gravitated towards the solutions organizations were building to meet human-oriented business goals.

I'd like to coin the phrase "build a holistic technology foundation". As an individual I am extremely focused on balanced, holistic solutions for my family, and I've come to see that technology can and should be approached in this manner as well. What I've learned over and over in my career is that the use of modern technology has to have a foundation throughout an entire organization in order to act as a vehicle for positive change, enhanced earnings, and decreased expensive manual processes. When this foundation exists, anything is possible – and the whole organization can confidently say they they are successful deployers of products and solutions that make a difference in the world. As a result, I love working at a strategic level guiding our clients towards build that culture and moving together towards their product and technology goals as an organization, caring for each stakeholder and user along the way.

I also love the day-to-day of managing our terrific technical staff, and programming. There's nothing like a quiet afternoon listening to music and writing code. It's an afternoon at a brain spa.
